X-Plane Linux and Mac support

CLS2Sim is a .NET application and needs to run under Windows. But X-Plane itself also supports Linux and Mac.
We have updated our plugin to work with Linux / Mac 32/64bit.
So you can run X-Plane on a different machine under Linux or Mac.

Linux support tested under Debian Jessie (8.0) and Ubuntu Trusty (14.04.2).
Mac support tested under OS X 10.10

The Linux and Mac plugins for X-Plane 9/10/11 are included in the CLS2Sim installation.
After installing CLS2Sim you can find the Linux and Mac plugins in the following folder (if installed in the default path):

C:\Program Files (x86)\Brunner Elektronik AG\CLS2Sim\Simulator plugin installers

Open the zip file for the Linux/Mac Plugin and follow the instructions in the Readme text file.

When starting X-Plane, the plugin entry "XPlaneConnector vX.X.X" (X is a placeholder for any number) must be visible in the plugin menu:

Xplane 9:

Xplane 10:

You can only connect CLS2Sim to X-Plane if you have loaded a flight in X-Plane and no X-Plane dialog/settings windows are open.
